Inaugural Turpentine Festival - Douglas, Ga - 2025

As a vendor at the inaugural Turpentine Festival at General Coffee State Park, we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the start, the park provided the perfect backdrop for the event with its beautiful scenery and rich historical significance. We had the unique opportunity to showcase our products alongside other local artisans and makers, creating a vibrant, community-focused atmosphere.

One of the most exciting parts was seeing visitors engage with the demonstrations of traditional turpentine production. It was a fantastic chance to share the history of this important industry and how it shaped the local area. We also had the pleasure of interacting with so many curious attendees, answering questions about our offerings and connecting with those interested in learning more about the craft and history behind it.

The festival was a true celebration of local culture, and we loved seeing the mix of visitors enjoying the various food vendors, crafts, and activities. The friendly and welcoming spirit of the festival made it feel like a tight-knit community gathering. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to be part of next year’s event!

Team members, Elizabeth, Ella, and Beau, represented Diamond G at this event.
